`pm2 reload --update-env` не re-runs dotenv.config() в ecosystem.config.cjs. Recovered through `pm2 delete + pm2 start`. Permanent fix landed в deploy.sh: `set -a; source /opt/weft/.env; set +a` runs ПЕРЕД pm2 reload.
